PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide a lightweight hinge mechanism of high controllability capable of being turned bi-directionally at a low cost. SOLUTION: An end of one of two members opposed to each other is or ends of the two members are formed into a triangular shape or an approximately semi-circular shape, and a first hinge section is formed by fixing the front face of one member and the rear face of the other member opposed the one member by crossing a tape so that the ends of the two members are brought into close contact with each other and a second hinge section is formed by fixing the rear of the one member and the front face of the other member opposed to the one member by crossing the tape so that the ends of the two members are brought into close contact with each other.
