PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert mounting jig unit which dispenses with assignment of operators on both sides of a form, and facilitates mounting of an insert on the form without degradation in the durability of the form while eliminating bothersome work. SOLUTION: An insert mounting jig A of the insert mounting jig unit includes a mounting fitting 10 formed of a fitting main body 11 which has a magnet fitting recess 11d and stripping pin holes 11e formed in one end face 11b thereof, and a threaded shaft 12 protruding from the other end face 11c of the fitting main body, and having a male screw screwable into a female screw hole b formed in the insert I. Then a stopper hole 13 is penetrated into the threaded shaft and the fitting main body in the same central axial direction, for inserting a stopper pin 20 therein, and a magnet ring 15 is fitted into the magnet fitting recess such that the stopper hole communicates with a ring central hole 15a formed in the magnet ring. A handle dedicated to form removal is formed by securing a pin mounting stand to the tip of a rotationally operating handle section, and erecting jig rotating pins from the pin mounting stand so as to correspond to the form removing pin holes formed in the insert mounting jig, in a manner engageable with the form removing pin holes.
