PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure partricularly suitable for construction of a deep foundation, in a foundation constructed by using a permanent form and its construction method. SOLUTION: An excavation part 23 for forming a concrete foundation is formed on the ground surface. The excavation part 23 forms a foundation form composed of a block 10 having at least one side composed of a foam material, and a metal form 19 arranged in an upper part of the block 10. After placing and curing concrete in the foundation form, the metal form 19 is removed from the concrete by leaving the block 10, and the foundation is constructed by backfilling the excavation part 23. A cutout is formed in the block 10 so as to become a form of a rising wall part 12a and a sill part 12b of the foundation 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
