PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type game machine which secures fairness in a game and improves the working rate of the game machine or the like by urging a player not to perform automatic stop while being provided with an automatic stop function of reels. SOLUTION: When one of the reels is under rotation when prescribed time elapses after a rotation start operation by a start lever, an automatic stop advance announcement means announces in advance the automatic stop of the reel by the sound of a sound tone pattern corresponding to a winning role in the game. After the advance announcement, an automatic stop means displays a pattern not forming a winning pattern and automatically stops the reel.
