PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine allowing a user to perform diversified training with variety given in exercise strength without adjusting a load. SOLUTION: This training machine is so formed that an arm B with a pair of grips held with left/right hands is rotationally journaled to a frame A with a seat part 4, the load C is directly or indirectly imposed on the arm, and the user sits on the seat part and turningly operates the arm with the hands holding the grips attached to the arm.
