PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual rod type crossing rod device capable of obtaining a desired action by changing the assembly of tubular members so as to give an intended characteristic or function. SOLUTION: The crossing rod device comprises a fixed member 1, a rocking mechanism 4 provided on a tip of the fixed member 1 in a rocking manner, a tube holding mechanism 6 having two holders 7a, 7b to hold the crossing rod respectively, and a crossing rod 8 mounted on the holders 7a, 7b of the tube holding mechanism 6.
