PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate in an electric stimulating device capable of enhancing the integration of an enlarged part of an electrode and a holder plate. SOLUTION: A mounting plate 17 made of the same material as the holder plate 2 constitutes an end face 8a of the enlarged part 8 as a component of the enlarged part 8 by using a primer layer 15. The enlarged part 8 and the holder plate 2 are firmly integrated with each other by the high-frequency fusion based on the desirable affinity of the material of the mounting plate 17 and that of the holder plate 2.
