The invention concerns an articulated structure for connecting a lid (5) to a support (3), which may be fitted on a reservoir or is formed in one single piece with an opening section of the reservoir, comprising a swivel joint for guiding the lid (5) between a closed position and an open position with a swivel axis (S) located on the outside of the lid (5) and/or the support (3), and an elastomer spring part which grips the outside of the lid (5) as well as of the support (3) and is prestressed at least in the closed position of the lid under tension. The invention is characterized in that a point (25, 27) applying the force of the elastomer spring part to the lid (5) and to the support (3) is moved outwards beyond the swivel axis (S) of the swivel joint.
