<p>Nanoparticles comprising adjuvants and antigens, such as tumour and pathogen antigens, are disclosed and their use in a range of applications such as for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases. Immunogenic structures based on nanoparticles or antibodies with carbohydrate ligands, and their use for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, and for the isolation and detection of antibodies directed against the carbohydrate structures.</p> |
