<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain unsticky flaxseed whole-grain flour by crushing the whole grains of flaxseed. <P>SOLUTION: The flaxseed whole-grain flour is obtained by roasting or without roasting washed flaxseed and freezing the washed flaxseed by a step S100 followed by drying, thus the whole grains of the frozen dried flaxseed are crushed by the step S200. The flaxseed are pulverized in a condition of mixing with a stickiness restraining material of porous starch at the time of crushing so as to restrain the stickiness of the crushed flour of the seed coat of flaxseed caused by oil and fat produced at the time of crushing the flaxseed.
