<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver-wrapped Sushi-forming container also used as a rice cooker, usable in a process of cooking Sushi rice, putting ingredients on the rice, and also forming the Sushi, and enabling safe and efficient production of qualified laver-wrapped Sushi without necessity of any skilled technique required in such respective processes. <P>SOLUTION: The laver-wrapped Sushi-forming container is structured as follows: providing channel containers 1, 2, 3, 4 made of heat-resistant raw material usable for cooking and comprising a halved part of a laver-wrapped Sushi-forming mold; disposing the containers in parallel in four lines so as to be adjacent to one another; connecting opening edges of the adjacent channel containers 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4 to each other with hinges 5; bending the edges using the hinges 5 at required spots so as to join the openings of the channel containers 1 and 2 or 4, the channel containers 2 and 3, and further the channel containers 3 and 4 together with each other; forming cooking steam releasing holes 6 at the wall surface of one of the channel containers 2, 3 in the center two lines, and the wall surfaces of the channel containers 1, 4 adjacent to the containers 2, 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
