<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption processing system and an encryption processing method by which confidentiality of encryption processing can be held when supply of data to be processed to an encryption processing module is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: The encryption processing at an encryption processing part is stopped corresponding to the supply stop notification of data to be subjected to encryption processing. The encryption processing by the encryption processing part is restarted corresponding to the supply restart notification of the data to be subjected to encryption processing. Thus, the encryption processing by the encryption processing part is stopped/restarted corresponding to the supply stop notification and the supply restart notification of the data to be subjected to encryption processing. Consequently, it is possible to prevent an attacker from obtaining data after encryption processing even if the attacker supplies the data to be subjected to encryption processing to the encryption processing part while the supply of the data to be subjected to encryption processing is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
