PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine foam structure having a skin layer with a definite thickness or above from an aspect of a function such as the prevention of the exposure of a foam layer, the ensurance of axial clamping torque or the like, and a fine foam structure molding method. SOLUTION: The representative constitution of the fine foam structure is the fine foam structure having a fine cell structure molded by injecting a thermoplastic resin material into which an inert gas is penetrated. The fine foam structure has a non-foamed skin layer L1 formed to its surface layer and the foam layer L2 formed therein, and a skin layer L1a with a predetermined thickness and the thickness of the foam layer L2 are made variable.
