PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overdischarging and overcharging of a module battery that constitutes the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack arrangement 20 has the battery pack 21 formed by connecting in series a plurality of module batteries 24a to 24n constituted by at least one cell 22. The battery pack arrangement 20 is provided with an abnormality detecting device of the battery pack, comprising a module voltage detection means for detecting each voltage of a plurality of the module batteries 24a to 24n, an equalization means for equalizing the voltage of each module battery based on the voltage of the detected each module battery, and an abnormality decision means for deciding abnormality of the module voltage detection means. In addition, the battery pack arrangement 20 is provided with an equalization regulating means for regulating the equalization by the equalization means, when abnormality is detected by the abnormality detection device.
