<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel of which the aperture ratio is enhanced, and with which time required for writing in all pixels is shortened, and to provide a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: On a TFT substrate 100 constituting the liquid crystal panel, a gate bus line 101 and a data bus line 102 are wired in directions perpendicularly intersecting each other, a switching element (TFT) 107 is arranged in the vicinity of an intersection of both bus lines, and further a Cs bus line 103 forming an auxiliary capacitor Cs with a pixel electrode 104 arranged on each pixel is wired in a direction parallel to the data bus line 102. The gate bus lines 101, the data bus lines 102, and the Cs bus lines 103 are each wired with identical spacings between the wires, and square pixel regions are defined of which the boundaries are the respective Cs bus lines 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
