PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board unit in which a mother board and a daughter board are arranged in a shield box, and electric components are sufficiently cooled in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A mother board 1 and a plurality of daughter boards 2a-2e connected to the mother board through a connecter 3 of card edge structure with an LSI component mounted thereon are housed in a shield box 4.
