PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily form a small diameter vent hole carrying out ventilation between an inside of a fuel tank and a valve chamber without malfunction in a float up and down direction. SOLUTION: A fuel shut-off valve 20 is provided with a case main body 21a and a float valve body 40. A float valve body 40 opens and closes the vent hole 23a by moving up and down by fuel in the fuel tank. A fin 43 is formed on a side wall part of the float valve body 40, and a projection part extending in axial direction between a pair of adjoining fins 43 is formed on the side wall part of the case main body 21a. Projection height T1 of the projection part 27 is larger than distance T2 between an inner circumference wall surface 24b of the side wall part 24 of the case main body 21a and a fan 43 outer circumference end edge (T1>T2), the uppermost end of the fin 43 is arranged at a higher position than the lowermost end of the projection part 27 under a condition where the float valve body 40 is seated, and the vent hole 25 is formed on the projection part 27.
