PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator shroud device for a vehicle, capable of mounting a radiator unit to the vehicle even when a space is relatively narrow. SOLUTION: A lower end slit 27 opened at a lower end edge of a side seal plate member 12 projecting forward has an opening 27a opened at the lower end edge of the side seal plate member 12, and the opening 27a has a shape broadening toward the lower direction. The lower end slit 27 is provided with an inlet portion 27b extending from the opening 27a to the vertical direction and an inclined portion 27c upwardly extending to the obliquely rear direction. The slit 27 is further provided with a stopper part 27b at a front side edge at the boundary between the inlet portion 27b and the inclined portion 27c. On a side face of a fan shroud 11, a lower side projection 24 received by the lower end slit 27 and an upper side projection 23 are provided.
