PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut-off valve promptly closed to prevent fuel from flowing out to outside of a fuel tank even when fuel rapidly rocks at the time of rapid turning of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The fuel shut-off valve 10 has a casing 20, a first float 40 supported by a leg part 42, a second float 50 and a spring 56. The second float 50 is arranged below the first float 40 so as to be lifted/lowered and is provided with an air hole 52a opening a buoyancy chamber 50S upwardly. When a fuel liquid level immerses the second float 50 in liquid and reaches the first float 40, the first float 40 is lifted by the buoyancy and closes a connection passage 32b. When rise in the liquid level at predetermined speed occurs due to rapid oscillation accompanied by rapid turning of the vehicle etc., the second float 50 is lifted due to buoyancy in the buoyancy chamber 50S and pushes up the first float 40, and a valve part 41b closes the connection passage 32b as a result.
