PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP plate with anchor implements miniaturized, reduced in weight and high in pull-out yield strength, improving work efficiency by minimizing the cut depth of a concrete surface in construction. SOLUTION: The FRP plate has an FRP plate member 2 formed of axially extended long plate-like fiber-reinforced plastic of rectangular cross-sectional shape with a width of 35-100 mm and a thickness of 1-4 mm, and the anchor implements 3 integrally mounted to both ends of the FRP plate member 2. The anchor implement 3 has rectangular outer shape comprising short side parts of 30-60 mm and long side parts longer than the short side parts in cross section, and the center part is provided with a hole part 4 having a track-shaped cross section with a width of 40-105 mm and formed in circular arc shape of 5-15 mm in radius at both ends to receive the ends of the FRP plate member 2.
