PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration material for floor wherein a resin liquid is prevented from oozing out of plywood and change in water content etc. of the substrate is suppressed, in the decoration material made by using lauan plywood and other woody plywood as the substrate. SOLUTION: The decoration material for the floor is constituted by pasting a decoration sheet 1 on the surface of the substrate 3 made of lauan plywood, conifer plywood, woody fiber plate or early maturing tree plywood, pasting a lining sheet 4 made of waterproof paper or waterproof resin on the rear face of the substrate 3, and forming a waterproof resin layer 2 in the side face of the substrate which is not coated with any of the above sheets.
