PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To an air passage switchover device capable of reducing noise from a film member and reducing man-hour for assembling by forming the film member having large rigidity even if the film member is thin-walled. SOLUTION: The air passage switchover device is equipped with a rotary door 9 rotatably provided positioning so as to oppose to the air passage parts 5, 6, 7 in an air duct 1, and the film member 10 having a blowhole 10a which is provided on the outer surface part of a peripheral wall part 12 of the rotary door 9 and lapped to the air passage parts 5, 6, 7. In the film member 10, an elastic member 14 for keeping the shape of the film member 10 so as to be along the curved shape of the peripheral wall part 12 is integrally formed connecting to the peripheral wall part 12 of the rotary door 9 on the inner peripheral whole surface, and the elastic member 14 is formed by the material capable of suppressing the slide acted by the wind pressure balance of the film member 19 or the generation of self-excited vibration.
