PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an apparatus, etc. for coating a liquid material, permitting stable coating of an appropriate amount of a liquid material even for a minute amount of the material coated and requiring low operation costs with simple operation. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a linear member 7, a liquid material supplying means 20 supplying a liquid material 4 to the linear member 7, a liquid material disrupting means 30 disrupting the liquid material supplied to the linear member and a liquid material transferring means transferring the disrupted liquid material and the linear member to an article to be coated. A liquid material is supplied to the linear member by the liquid material supplying means, disrupted by the liquid material disrupting means and, together with the linear member, transferred to an article to be coated so as to coat the article with the liquid material. The liquid material disrupting means has each V-shaped recessed parts and can be formed by moving a pair of plate parts 9 and 10, opposed to each other, in the mutually approaching or separating direction.
