PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a lower jaw to move in a protruded position even if the lower jaw is connected and positioned in the protruded position with the condition that an upper jaw piece and a lower jaw piece fitted in the dentitions. SOLUTION: This mouthpiece is constituted of the upper jaw piece 12 sequentially formed with a recess part 4 for fitting tooth crowns 3A of the dentition 3 of the upper jaw 2 therein without any clearance, and the lower jaw piece 14 sequentially formed with a recess part 7 for fitting tooth crowns 6A of the dentition 6 of the lower jaw 5 therein without any clearance; and a wire 21 passing through a member slidably provided in the center of a lip surface of the upper jaw piece is connected to both chin side parts 25 of the lower jaw piece; so that even if the tongue and the tongue root part continued thereto are sunk with the upper jaw piece and the lower jaw piece fitted in the dentitions respectively and the lower jaw retained in the protruded position, the lower jaw can be opened and moved to the left/right relative to the upper jaw within a range of non-obstructing the upper airway.
