<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus where a storage medium can be mounted and demounted, without exerting influence on a sheet conveyance path or on a console panel. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 is equipped with a read means 400 of reading an image of a document, a document conveying means of conveying the document, an image forming means 12 of forming the image of the document read by the read means 400 and image data recorded in the storage medium 301 on a sheet, a sheet-conveying means of conveying the sheet, the console panel 2 that an operator operates, and a storage medium support means 300 of removably supporting the storage medium 301.
