摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet recording paper excellent in non-transparency and cutting suitability.

SOLUTION: An ink accepting layer containing a pigment and a binding agent is provided on base paper. In the base paper, a filler constituted of precipitated calcium carbonate light-silica composite particles prepared by coating the surfaces of rosette type calcite calcium carbonate light particles with silica is contained at 1-25 mass% in a solid content.
