<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, constituted so that an operation display panel can be adjusted to a position of higher usability. <P>SOLUTION: Viewing from the front side of a housing 2, connector sockets (1st connector socket 11 and a 2nd connector socket 12) for attaching the connector 92 of an operating means 9 are arranged separately on the left and the right sides. By connecting the connector 92 to either of the connector sockets 11 and 12 arranged separately on the left and the right sides of the housing 2, the operating means 9 is attached to either of the left or right side of the housing 2. The connector can be attached to the connector socket (the connector socket being arranged on the side opposite to the wall, when the copier 1 is arranged, while making one of the left and right sides of the housing 2 parallel to the wall) which is more handleable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
