<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop models while restraining cost rising by constituting a transfer belt device of a transfer unit for a color image and a transfer unit for a monochrome image, making the components of the transfer units common in a plurality of models to thereby restrain an increase in the kind of the components due to an increase in the models, and further making assembly methods common. <P>SOLUTION: The first transfer unit 70a having a frame for a monochrome image 50a in which a primary transfer roller for a monochrome image 13a is supported and the second transfer unit 70b having a frame for a color image 50b in which a plurality of primary transfer rollers for a color image 13b to 13d are supported are coupled through the frame for the monochrome image 50a and the frame for the color image 50b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
