<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module capable of achieving the stable displacement of a lens with a small amount of manipulation in switching between ordinary photography and macro zoom photography. <P>SOLUTION: The camera module 1 is equipped with an outer barrel having a cylindrical part in which an inner barrel 10 having the lens is screwed and a flange part formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical part, a lever member 30 having a projecting part coming into contact with the lower surface of the flange part, a cover 40 coming into contact with the upper surface of the flange part and biasing the outer barrel downward, a holder 50 turnably supporting the lever member 30, and a base 70 to which the holder 50 is adhered. By turning the lever member 30 in order to change the contact position of the projecting part of the lever member 30 with the flange part to the recess or the plane part of the lower surface, the lens integrated with the outer barrel is displaced.
