<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food using fried bean curd by stuffing with filling using fried bean curd and giving extremely crispy feeling to the surface thereof, and to provide an edible wrapping material to be used for the food. <P>SOLUTION: The food is completed by finding knowledge that extremely crispy feeling can be given to the surface of the food after dry heating through inverting the hard surface and soft surface of the opened bag of fried bean curd obtained by opening fried bean curd and making dry heat excellently act on the soft surface of fried bean curd. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
