<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the judgment and mass analysis of the intermolecular interaction of a substance set to a solid phase on this support. <P>SOLUTION: This sample dyeing method includes a process for judging the interaction of a target substance A, which is set to the solid phase on the support, with a substance B having a specific bonding capacity with respect to the target substance A using the substances A and B.
