<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign post with an anti-crossing function, which enables a sign post body and a beam to be assembled by using a minimum component constitution, and particularly enables assembling work to be simply and rapidly performed on a job site. <P>SOLUTION: This road sign post comprises a road sign column which is composed of an elastic body and which is erected on a road surface, and a beam which is connected to the body so as to be formed in a T-shape with respect to the body. A fixing mechanism for both of them comprises a bush which is fixed in the state of being embedded in the head infilled into the top part of the body, and a pin which can be inserted into/extracted from the beam via the bush. When the pin is rotated after being inserted into the bush, a protrusion, which is formed on the pin, is engaged with an undercut part formed in the bush, so that the sign post body and the beam can be fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
