<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of improving further the photoelectric transfer efficiency, a dye-sensitized solar cell, and a photo electrode of an organic solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: This is the photo electrode 2 of the dye-sensitized solar cell 1 which constitutes the dye-sensitized solar cell 1 with an electrolyte 4 sealed between a counter electrode 3 and itself. In the photo electrode 2, recess 8 is formed on the surface 5a of a substrate member (substrate) 5 having light transmittance, and a transparent electrode membrane 6 is formed on the surface of this substrate member 5, thereby a recessed part 10 is formed on the transparent electrode membrane 6. A porous semiconductor electrode membrane 7 is formed on the transparent electrode membrane 6 of the photo electrode 2 thus constructed, and a sensitized dye is adsorbed and carried on this porous semiconductor electrode membrane 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
