PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit wherein power savings are achieved and multiple stable output voltages can be generated with a single transformer. SOLUTION: The secondary winding 22 of a transformer 10 is connected with a drive circuit 5 and a control circuit 6. In normal operation, the switching operation of the transformer 10 is controlled to adjust the value of 5 V supplied to the VCC terminal of the control circuit 6. The value of 3.3 V supplied to the Vdd terminal is adjusted with a DC-DC converter 8. In power saving mode, the switching operation of the transformer 10 is controlled to adjust the value of 3.3 V supplied to the Vdd terminal of the control circuit 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
