SOLUTION: A wireless LAN access point device 10 comprises a section 103 for measuring the radio field intensity upon receiving access from a wireless LAN client device by radio, a section 104 performing input for setting a threshold of radio field intensity, a section 105 for registering the threshold of radio field intensity which is set through input to the input section 104, a determination section 108A determining to permit access only if the radio field intensity is not lower than the threshold registered in the threshold registering section 105 upon receiving access from the wireless LAN client device by radio and to perform wireless communication setting if the wireless LAN client device permitted for access has not completed wireless communicatin setting yet, and a wireless communication setting section 108B for transmitting an encryption key used for encrypting a wireless signal in wireless communication setting to the wireless LAN client device.
