PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise rejection device which can stably acquire a noise rejection effect in a wide frequency band by one device. SOLUTION: The noise rejection device includes a core 11 made of a magnetic material having the resonance frequency of permeability of 100 MHz or more and having a shaft 11b with smaller cross-sectional profile than the cross-sectional profile of a square pole part 11a between the two square pole parts 11a, a coil 12 constituted by winding a wire material for the coil on the shaft of the core 11 so as to have a predetermined space between the wire materials for the coil, a sheathing 13 made of an insulating material having smaller dielectric constant than a magnetic material for constituting the core 11 and covering the coil 12 by filling between the wires of the coil 12 existing on the shaft 11b of the core 11 and formed so that the appearance shape becomes a square pole shape, and a pair of external electrodes 14 formed on the square pole parts 11a of both the ends of the core and electrically conducting the ends of the coil 12.
