<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve temperature detection precision of a load pan using an infrared ray sensor in the case an electric heater is simultaneously used. <P>SOLUTION: This is provided with a first infrared ray sensor 16 to detect an infrared ray radiation from the load pan 11 which is induction heated by a heating coil 13, a temperature calculating means 17 to calculate temperature of the load pan 11 by output of the infrared ray sensor 16, a second heating means 18, a second infrared ray sensor 19 to detect the infrared ray radiation from the second heating means 18, and a control means 20 to control supply of power of a first induction heating means 15 and the second heating means 18. By installing a correction means 19 to correct the calculated temperature at the temperature calculating means 17 according to the output of the second infrared ray sensor 19, influence of the infrared ray which is irradiated from the second heating means 18, reflected in a top plate 12, and incident into the infrared ray sensor 16 can be corrected and reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
