<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear resistance element, an electro-optical device, a manufacturing method of electro-optical devices, and electronic equipment, which don't make an adverse influence on environments because of not using chrome. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes a substrate 6a, a nonlinear resistance element 33 provided on the substrate 6a, and a pixel electrode 24a which is provided on the substrate 6a and is connected to the nonlinear resistance element 33, and the nonlinear resistance element 33 is formed by laminating a first metal layer 36, an insulating layer 37, and a second metal layer 38 in order from the side of the substrate 6a, and the second metal layer 38 is made of an alloy having molybdenum (Mo) as a main component, and the pixel electrode 24a is made of an indium zinc oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
