PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armrest capable of reducing an injection port of a foamable raw material. SOLUTION: Since a frame 3 can be inserted in the skin material 2 from the opening 7 of a cup holder container 6, an injection port 20 of the foamable raw material can be reduced. Accordingly, the closing work of the injection port 20 is easy and there is no fear of the leak of the foamable raw material from the injection port 20. Since a recessed part 8 is formed by a core 21 and the core 21 is detached after molding, it is unnecessary to form a protruded part to a mold and the shape of the mold becomes simple to facilitate the production of the mold.
