PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-operated valve comprising an actuator and capable of reducing a height of the electric-operated valve as a whole. SOLUTION: In this electric-operated valve which is composed of a can 22 welded to a valve main body 23 having a valve chest 233, a cylindrical permanent magnet constituting a rotor 21 mounted inside of the can 22, and a needle valve 30 being kept into contact with and separated from a valve seat 234 in the valve chest 233, and wherein the needle valve 30 comprises the actuator 26 mounted slidably to a screw pipe 25 mounted on a central portion of the rotor 21, and the actuator 26 is vertically moved by distributing electric power to a coil of a stator mounted on an outer periphery of the can 22, the actuator 26 comprises a transverse member 27 connected with an inner wall of the cylindrical permanent magnet, and a space 10 is defined at an upper side of the transverse member between the transverse member 27 and the cylindrical permanent magnet.
