PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete floor structure capable of being easily demolished and allowing easy recycling of steel frame and concrete floor slab, etc. and its construction method. SOLUTION: In the concrete floor structure K constituted by closely connecting the concrete floor slab 10 to a steel framed beam 1 with a stud bolt 2, the concrete floor slab 10 has an inverted truncated cone-shaped through-hole 11 accommodating the stud bolt 2, the stud bolt 2 has a concrete floor slab temporary fixing member 4 temporarily fixing the concrete floor slab 10, and the outer circumferential surface 4c of the concrete floor slab temporary fixing member 4 is abutted on the wall surface of the through-hole 11 to temporarily fix the concrete floor slab 10.
