FLOOR HEIGHT INCREASING MATERIAL FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor height increasing material for an automobile which prevents an unexpected positional deviation of an installed carpet and has light weight and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The floor height increasing material 10 for the vehicle is a hollow double wall structure having a front wall 11 and a rear wall 12 which face to each other with an interval. A plurality of ribs 14 on the front wall side depressed in a groove shape toward the rear wall side are formed almost in parallel in the front wall 11. A plurality of ribs 15 on the rear wall side depressed in a groove shape toward the front wall side are formed with intervals in the rear wall 12. The ribs 15 on the rear wall side are formed in the direction of crossing in a lattice shape with respect to the ribs 14 on front wall side and are integrated with the ribs 14 on the front wall side through fused parts 16 fused in positions where top ends of the ribs 14 on the front wall side and top ends of the ribs 15 on the rear wall side are crossed in a lattice shape.
