PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel having an illumination which can provide a peculier high-class feeling in a cabin at night time. SOLUTION: The U-shaped illumination 9 is provided at a central section of the instrument panel in the vehicle width direction, and a chamber 14 having plate-like ribs 17A to 17E is provided in the illumination 9. The chamber 14 is topped with a light source in a mounting hole 15. The front surfaces of the plate-like ribs 17A to 17E, and the internal wall surfaces of the chamber 14 are colored in blue, and the light from the light source is reflected on the plate-like ribs 17A to 17E or the internal wall surface of the chamber 14 to turn blue indirect light and is emitted under the illumination 9.
