PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storable seat for a vehicle capable of being accommodated both in front and in the rear and of exerting an excellent performance of storing a baggage etc. SOLUTION: Seat body 1 able to be folded up and consisting of a seat cushion 1a and a seat back 1b is coupled rotatably with the bottom surface of a seat accommodating recess 2 formed at the body floor 3 through a front link 4a and a rear link 4b, and the bottom of the rear link 4b is formed as a two-point hinge of bifurcated form, and the recess 2 is provided with a hinge receiving part 7 having two rounded receptacles 7a and 7b capable of being engaged with the two-point hinge so that the configuration can appear in two forms, i.e. one in which the folded-up seat is accommodated in the upright attitude in front of the recess 2 and the other form in which the folded-up seat is accommodated inside the recess 2 in the horizontal attitude.
