PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress peeling of each vehicle body panel due to the load from an interior tool in a vehicle collision when the interior tool is fixed to the vicinity of a closed section formed by welding a second vehicle body panel to an approximately flat first vehicle body panel. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the interior tool for the vehicle, the closed section is formed by welding a reinforcement 3 to an approximately flat rear quarter panel 2, and a belt anchor device 1 is mounted in the vicinity of the closed section in the rear quarter. A hole part 6 is provided on the forming portion of the closed section of the rear quarter panel 2 corresponding to the load added from the belt anchor 1 in the vehicle collision.
