PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen absorbing barrier laminate which not only has seal strength and pinhole resistance as a package even when incorporated with an oxygen absorbing material of an inorganic compound in a high content but also can be developed into a boil and retort application wrapping material without largely changing the compounding prescription of a resin composition added with the oxygen absorbing material and a package manufactured by using the laminate. SOLUTION: In the package in which an oxygen gas-barrier layer (A), an oxygen absorbent resin composition layer (B), and a sealant resin layer (C) of the innermost layer formed as required are formed from the outer layer side, the layer (B) contains a polyolefin resin as a main component, and is a resin composition which contains 1-100 pts. wt. of an oxygen absorbent inorganic oxide subjected to at least reduction treatment per 100 pts. wt. of the polyolefin resin, and the polyolefin resin is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer obtained by using a single site catalyst.
