<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an optical waveguide, the composition having excellent storage stability, capable of easily forming a pattern in conventional alkali developing equipment, and having excellent shock resistance, heat resistance, adhesion property, electric insulating property, crack resistance or the like, and to provide a cured product of the composition, and an optical-electric hybrid board. <P>SOLUTION: The photosetting-thermosetting resin composition comprises (A) a carboxyl group-containing resin, (B) a reactive diluent, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) an oxetane resin having two or more oxetanyl groups in one molecule, and (E) a curing accelerator, wherein preferably the carboxyl group-containing resin (A) is a linear polymer having 40 to 250 mgKOH/g acid value and 2,000 to 50,000 weight average molecular weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
