<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure operator's safety by bringing an apparatus body side partition member into coincidence with a base side partition member at a stopping position after the power supply of a driving source of the unit base is shut down when a component supply unit on the unit base is inspected. <P>SOLUTION: When a corresponding opening and closing cover 30 is opened for replacing the component supply unit concerning the lack of a component, a CPU controls so that the power supply of the linear motor of the unit base is shut down. The holding force of a linear motor is lost by this shut down, a cogging force is operated, and the stopped unit base is deviated from the original stopping position and stopped. Therefore, since a main body side partition member 12A and the corresponding base side partition member 36 are deviated, the corresponding base side partition member 36 is moved according to the position of the main body side partition member 12A of the stopped each unit base, and the both are brought into coincidence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
