<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device and an information storage medium, creating a game music piece desired by a player and generating a game music piece in which the game result is reflected. <P>SOLUTION: This game device includes: a game operating means; a game music processing means and a sound generating means. The game music processing means conducts the processing of creating the game music piece as rooter's song of each team of two or more teams appearing in a game according to a basic pattern selected by a player from two or more previously provided basic patterns having each theme, which is performed as the game music piece in the course of the game by the game operation means.
