<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method and a removing device of burrs by a high-density energy beam by which the burrs which are present in the crossing part of holes in the inside of a workpiece are surely removed. <P>SOLUTION: When removing the burrs by irradiating the burrs which are present in the crossing part of the holes 1, 2 in the inside of the workpiece W with a laser beam Lb, the laser beam Lb is converged with a converging lens 13 in the outside of the holes 1, 2 formed on the workpiece W, put in the hole 1 and irradiates the burrs by turning the direction with a reflection mirror 14 arranged in the hole 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
